Booking Your Treatment

Each treatment costs £270 and this should be paid prior to treatment.
Usually most of this cost will be met by your Trust.
Travellers Cheques, cheques and cash are acceptable forms of payment.

In order to confirm your booking we need to have a number of medical details confirmed by your doctor and up to date test results to confirm that you are medically certified free of MRSA HIV and Hepatitis within one month of your visit.

Please download the required documents using this link and once completed and signed return them to us by fax along with the letters and test results requested.
